Returns & Refunds Policy
At SHOP PAGA GROUP, we stand by the quality of our products with confidence and we hope you will love every item(s) you purchase, If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make sure the return is as painless as possible. We offer easy returns and exchanges. Refunds are processed based on the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.
Shop Paga Group Return Policy
You may return or exchange your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of delivery if the original purchase was made on our store. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Request a Return Authorization by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the name of the item you would like to return, and the reason why the item did not work out. Simply package your order with the invoice and reason for return, and ship to our Order returns center.
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to Shop Paga Group due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise.
Lost packages: Lost packages must be reported to Shop Paga Group within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation. Shop Paga Group cannot be held liable for refunds or replacements for more than one calendar month. For any returned package: For any order that is returned to Shop Paga Group, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of good ordered, Shop Paga Group will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.
Destroyed or unreturned packages: If a package has been destroyed by custom or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to Shop Paga Group, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
Please note that shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable on all orders except for defective and/or damaged items. Once we receive your return, our team will assess and process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for processing. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and will be reflected on your statement in 7-10 business days. Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional sets and kits are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces in the set are included in the return. Returns received that are not in compliance with our return policies will be held, and our Customer Service team will reach out via the email to resolve any discrepancies. If our team doesn’t receive a response in 7 business days, it’s up to our discretion to issue full or partial store credit. If your product arrives in damaged and unusable condition, please email email@example.com with your order number and a picture(s) verifying the damage.
Items Not Eligible For Returns
Last Call or Discontinued Items
All products marked “Last Call” or “Final Sale” means no returns or exchanges. Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are final sale. No Returns. No refunds.

All "Gifts with Purchase" are non-refundable and ineligible for cash-value.
If you return your entire order, we ask that you also include any promotional items that were added to your cart for free (Free Gifts and Gifts with Purchase)
We Only accept returns on new and gently used products. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is defective, we’re happy to offer free replacements. Please contact us upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.

Where Do I Send My Return?
Properly package your return to prevent damage in transit.
Use the original Shop Paga Group packaging if available and Include a copy of your invoice.
We offer free replacements for products that were received damaged or defective. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item and include:
- Order number
- Picture(s) of the damage or defect
- Description of the damage or defect
Our Quality Assurance team will review the image/description of the damage and set up a prompt replacement order.
If you receive an incomplete order, or your package never arrived, please email email@example.com and include your order number. If we're unable to locate the order, we'll issue a free replacement order or a full refund.
Are Shipping Charges Refundable?
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was the result of our error.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned package for your return credit to be processed. A confirmation email with your refund details will be sent to you. Please note, Refund may take 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending on your banking institution.
