Order Processing Times
Order processing time is between 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays within the United States or national holidays within United Kingdom — depends on warehouse facility location.
Shipping rates for Standard Delivery are calculated based on weight and distance. Starting at $4.99 or free shipping.
Orders form the US warehouse, placed after 2:30 PM CST, will be processed and shipped on the next day.
Orders from the EU warehouse, placed after 2:30 PM GMT, will be processed and shipped on the next day.
After placing an order, you have 1-2 business days - while the order is being processed - to cancel it, in case you make a mistake or change your mind.
Delivery time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the Fishing Planet Store website.
Please note the above delivery time frames are indicative only and are subject to the US Post delivery networks which may be susceptible to delays in the lead up to Christmas due to higher volumes than usual. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to prevent disappointment.

We do our best to keep all products available at both US and European warehouse. At some rare cases, products can be available at one warehouse and out of stock in another. If this is the case, you will get a notification that a product or service is unavailable for your destination. P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs Addresses
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options REQUIRED for APO, FPO, and PO boxes with 5-8 Business Days delivery time.
Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. The standard international shipping charges you pay to Shop Paga Group only cover shipping cost, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.

We offer easy returns and exchanges. Refunds are processed based on the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. Shop Paga Group Return Policy
You may return or exchange your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of delivery if the original purchase was made on our store. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Request a Return Authorization by emailing us at email@example.com with your order number, the name of the item you would like to return, and the reason why the item did not work out. Simply package your order with the invoice and reason for return, and ship to our Order returns center.
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to Shop Paga Group due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise.
Lost packages: Lost packages must be reported to Shop Paga Group within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation. Shop Paga Group cannot be held liable for refunds or replacements for more than one calendar month. For any returned package: For any order that is returned to Shop Paga Group, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of good ordered, Shop Paga Group will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.
Destroyed or unreturned packages: If a package has been destroyed by custom or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to Shop Paga Group, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
Please note that shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable on all orders except for defective and/or damaged items. Once we receive your return, our team will assess and process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for processing. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and will be reflected on your statement in 7-10 business days. Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional sets and kits are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces in the set are included in the return. Returns received that are not in compliance with our return policies will be held, and our Customer Service team will reach out via the email to resolve any discrepancies. If our team doesn’t receive a response in 7 business days, it’s up to our discretion to issue full or partial store credit. If your product arrives in damaged and unusable condition, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture(s) verifying the damage.

Where Do I Send My Return?

Use the original Shop Paga Group packaging if available and Include a copy of your invoice.
We offer free replacements for products that were received damaged or defective. Please contact us at email@example.com upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item and include:
- Order number
- Picture(s) of the damage or defect
- Description of the damage or defect
Our Quality Assurance team will review the image/description of the damage and set up a prompt replacement order.
If you receive an incomplete order, or your package never arrived, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. If we're unable to locate the order, we'll issue a free replacement order or a full refund.
Are Shipping Charges Refundable?
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was the result of our error.
When Will I Get My Refund?
